RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING

Relationship counseling, also known as couples therapy, is a form of therapy aimed at helping couples navigate challenges in their relationship, improve communication, and resolve conflicts in a healthy way. It provides a neutral and supportive environment where both partners can express their feelings, address misunderstandings, and work towards shared solutions. Ultimately, relationship counseling seeks to foster greater understanding, empathy, and resilience within the partnership, enhancing overall relationship satisfaction.

DEPRESSION

Depression is a mood disorder characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest in activities once enjoyed. It can affect one's thoughts, behavior, and physical well-being, often leading to symptoms like fatigue, changes in sleep and appetite, and difficulty concentrating.

ADDICTION

This treatment process aimed at helping individuals overcome substance use disorders or behavioral addictions. It involves a combination of therapeutic techniques such as counseling, behavioral therapies, and sometimes medication to address the physical, psychological, and social aspects of addiction. The goal of addiction therapy is to support you in achieving long-term recovery by addressing underlying issues and fostering personal growth and resilience.

STRESS & TRAUMA

Treatment aims at helping you manage and reduce symptoms of anxiety, such as excessive worry, fear, and panic. Other approaches may include exposure therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and relaxation techniques to reduce physical symptoms of anxiety. ANGRY OUTBURSTS

Anger therapy, also known as anger management therapy, is a form of counseling designed to help individuals understand and control their anger in healthier, more constructive ways. It focuses on identifying triggers, recognizing emotional patterns, and learning coping techniques to manage intense feelings before they lead to aggressive or harmful behaviors. During our sessions we will work on reframing negative thoughts, relaxation techniques to reduce stress, and communication skills to express emotions calmly. The goal of anger therapy is to equip with the tools to handle frustration and conflict, fostering better emotional regulation and improved relationships.

COUPLES THERAPY
